The teenage years are a challenging time.  G.S Hall in 1904 described adolescence as a time of 'storm and stress'.  Some people go through extra difficulties that can be overwhelming. You should always seek out support if needed, whether it be from a friend, family member, teacher, or through accessing sites like this one.  


They will help you realise you are not alone and that there are strategies you can do to help manage things.
